Stef Pascual
High Fives Digital, Director

Stef Pascual is Director at High Fives Digital, who works with recording artists, festivals, and musicals, plus media, sports, and art talent. Clients include Fusion Festival, BIG the Musical, Ella Henderson, Becky Hill, 9 to 5 the Musical, Our Hollow Our Home, and Stacey Solomon.

She’s also one half of the independent label Silent Cult, home to bands like Palm Reader, Funeral Shakes, and LOOM.

Kat Becic
Head of Social Channels, Ableton

Pursuing her passion for music, technology, and communications, five years ago Katarina moved to Berlin, where she managed to merge these three passions in her role as a Head of Social Channels at Ableton, in charge of leading Ableton’s social media strategy and the team. She also worked as a Communications Manager for Loop, Ableton’s annual summit for music makers. Last but not least, she leads a project aimed at making more space for women in music production, and as part of this project, she participated as an innovator and ambassador in the Keychange initiative which empowers women to transform the future of music. Before Ableton, she worked for seven years at Google in London and San Francisco where she gained most of her experience in digital and content marketing advising major global brands on their Youtube and Google presence.

This year, Sharon will be graduating from the esteemed Berklee College of Music, Valencia. Having started her music journey with Classical piano at the age of seven, Sharon is an afrocentric music producer, audio engineer and cultural economist. With a diverse skill set, Sharon's mission is to transform the livelihood of African communities using music production, technology and innovation as agents of socio-economic development.


This panel will feature two great experts from the music industry, talking about current trends, best practices, dos and don't's, what really works, how to improve the digital media presence for artists, great campaign ideas and overall different perspectives on this topic from two very cool experts, addressing current strategies and future trends in digital and social media marketing, as well as opportunities and challenges.
