Triggering innovative solutions and approaches to artist management, Line is an expert in entrepreneurship and independence in the music industry. Together with her newly formed business partner and longterm managed artist, Kelvyn Colt, they will talk about transforming relationships, creative business strategies and future-oriented ideas on how to incorporate the newest technology and conquer current challenges. A special focus will lie on the unique teamwork between Line (Manager) and Kelvyn (Artists). This conversation will trigger to encourage women in the music industry to step up for their rights and feel empowered, as well as touching the sensible topic of managing a black artist and what opportunities and difficulties may come with it during these times.

How can you as a band, artist, record label or manager get your music on radio? There is not just one way to get radio airplay, there are different approaches, systems and options on how to get played on the radio, depending on the country. In this lecture, Jesper will dig into how diversified this is, and how you can unlock the values of radio data, to get more radio airplay.
In the second half, the host will have a 1-1 conversation with Jesper Skibsby about collecting global radio data and how you as an artist can use this to build and grow a career.
With the obvious challenges that the pandemic has brought to the live industry, a new space has been forced to emerge and grow. Live streams and alternate spaces have proven to be of interest, gaining 100s of thousands of attendees. Listen to experts in the live field speak about booking and organizing shows pre and post COVID, as well as innovative live strategies that they have adapted to.
For this session, INO Creative Director, Gaby Rodriguez has set out to learn how a group of women of color in different sectors of the industry navigate barriers in a space still largely driven by men. Through their individual stories, our panelists help shed light on the spectrum of experiences that women of color face in the music industry.
