Menachem Kaiser is the author of the memoir, Plunder (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt), named a New York Times's Editor's Choice; a 'Best Book of March' by the Christian Science Monitor; and a 'Best New Book' by People. His work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, The Common, BOMB, Vogue, Tablet, New York, and elsewhere. He has a B.A.. from Columbia University, an MFA in fiction from the University of Michigan, and was a Fulbright Fellow in Lithuania. He lives in Brooklyn, NY
