Question 1:  Will current security and privacy mechanisms continue to work effectively in the new Multilingual internet and Landsape Ecosystem"MILE"?

New Cyber Security threats are growing by the day. Privacy risks and challenges are not only huge but are already daunting. The Snowden Revelations, the Heartbleed security crisis, ,  the launch of New gTLDs, the ripples of the seismic change to the global internet,  recent ISIS global threats and cyber wars played for political motives by Governments and thru business enterprises, and the reality of the New "MILE" with billions new users in new languages never seen on the net all present exponential new cyber security threats and privacy critical risks and challenges that render traditional  approaches to mitigate these new risks ineffective in the New "MILE".

These risks can only be effectively addressed proactively when Governments, Regulators, Business, NGOs and end users al cooperate at locally and global levels. Otherwise they all stand to become their next victims?
