Ethan is Founder and General Partner of Newtype Ventures (formerly Agave Fund), a venture capital firm that invests in underrepresented founders. Ethan managed the Notley investment portfolio for nearly two years and analyzed deals for Springdale Ventures and the Beam Angel Network. He is also an active angel investor and mentor for founders.

David serves as Director of Placemaking at Weston Urban. Prior to joining Weston Urban, he was a founding member of Blueprint Local, a platform for investors to intentionally deploy capital with impact into their communities, and Admiral Capital Group, investing in housing affordability, education and lower income communities.

Dan and his wife, Lisa, founded Notley, a social impact company based in Austin in 2015. Their mission is to scale and support businesses, nonprofits, individuals, and programs to make a positive change in the world. Notley operates multiple initiatives, including three in San Antonio - Philanthropitch, Beam and the Notley Fellowship. Dan is also General Partner for Springdale Ventures, a fund investing in early-stage CPG companies, and Geyser Group, a commercial real estate investment company. Dan is a seasoned investor, with a passion for impact, and a drive to enable others to create outsized impact.
