Early in his career, Dubravko made the decision do spend his professional lifetime in Finance. Or he did not. But his CV says differently. He has spent over 10 years in one of the largest European banks, prior to moving to Serengeti - again to the finance sector. He established himself as a person of trust and knowledge, starting his career journey as a software developer, then becoming an architect for banking solutions and a team lead of 10 software developers. Today, Dubravko is one of the Serengeti’s finest- a Program Manager for the Finance industry. Serengeti is an international software development company specialized in team extension, nearshoring and offshoring. Our expertise comes from 13 years of experience in managing the whole development cycle, from project management and testing to DevOps. This gave us the chance to, for the third consecutive year, under Dubravko’s leadership umbrella, we manage the whole core banking system of a large European bank.
