Magnolia Fine Foods is the maker of small batch Artisan Nut Mixes & Crackers, here in Chattanooga TN.

Owner, Catherine Billings is a Chef & Cheesemonger from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked in many of the finest Cheese Shops in the Napa Valley and beyond.

Catherine moved to Chattanooga in 2019, and quickly became involved in the local food scene - teaching Cheese & Charcutier Class in and around town.

While working at Sequatchie Cove Creamy, Catherine paired her nut mixes for Farm Tours & Cheese Tastings at the Farm. They were a hit any everyone asked "where can we get these"?

Seeing a void in locally made comestibles that pair with cheese and charcuterie, Magnolia Fine Food Company was born in August of 2021. We currently have two offerings - Chatty Walnuts and Sweet & Savory Almonds.

The Nuts are currently available at Pruett's Market- Signal Mountain & Euphoric Cheese Shop in Knoxville. They can also be purchased on the Magnolia Fine Food Website
