ArtsBuild presents Get Money

Miriam received her undergraduate degree at Wesleyan University. As a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow, she brought together her passion for history and culture with a focus on cultural anthropology and historical archaeology. She then worked at the Presidio of San Francisco where she led the Presidio Trust’s Visitor Services program for five years. Miriam went on to earn an M.A. in Heritage Management in Greece through a dual program with the University of Kent and the University of Athens Economics and Business School. In her role at ArtsBuild, Manda oversees the implementation and tracking of Grant programs as well as community engagement initiatives. 

As a mission-driven leader with effective communication and collaboration skills, she holds relationship building as a key asset to her success as an effective team leader. Her work is driven through creative and needs-based initiatives that are informed by feedback loops and measurable goal setting. She aims to deliver innovative strategies that promote accountability and awareness around diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.
