Steam Logistics, Recruiting Manager

I manage recruiting for one of the fastest growing companies in the State of Tennessee – Steam Logistics!

I am Recruiting Manager, and my responsibility is to provide guidance for a great supporting cast of individuals that coordinate and maintain our recruiting processes here at Steam. My primary focus is finding great talent, anticipating business needs, and coaching our hiring managers to hire successfully through an inclusive lens.

I lead, coach, and develop our recruiters as they partner with hiring managers, identify top talent, nurture long-term candidate relationships, and ultimately, hire stunning colleagues for Steam.

This includes proactively balancing the workload of this great team, which I pride myself on.

I close the gap between recruiting and onboarding to provide greater retention and overall employee engagement.

I work with the VP of HR and Corporate Trainers to develop a seamless integrative employee experience for Steam hires, with the goal of owning the onboarding process.

During my tenure in recruiting, Steam has hired and onboarded over 275 individuals.

This work was not done solely, as a team made up of great individuals assisted in process implementation and providing a great experience for our new additions to the company.

Hosted by Jason Provonsha and Malcolm Harris, this event is to learn more about Steam as we are reshaping transportation logistics, providing end-to-end visibility and custom solutions for every customer. Steam is one of the fastest growing 3PLs in the U.S., delivering integrated logistics solutions across International, Drayage, and Domestic transportation modes.
