Kevin Rapp brings 20+ years of leadership including his current role as Managing Partner at Varyence and cofounder of their AppWell.Health division. Kevin has led enterprise digital strategy and transformation at for payers and health systems at Microsoft, and helped lead a startup to a successful exit to Allscripts Healthcare. Currently he and his team provide commercialization and product strategy and development services for leading companies in genomics based precision medicine, telehealth, consumer wellness, IoT/IoMT and ecommerce. Kevin is passionate about person centered design thinking for the consumer, patient and clinician, which he sees as the cornerstone of both digital and healthcare transformation. Kevin is a Kaufmann FastTrac graduate, Health Enterprise Network Fellow, and founding member of the HIMSS patient engagement/population health taskforce.
