Steven Gilmour is a 20-year game development veteran with Canadian studio Bioware (1997-2017.) Steven is an award-winning game development Lead, a certified Product Owner, and a software developer. Steven is currently the Senior Technical Lead for NAIT’s Center for innovative media (CIM.)
Skylar Zerr has spent 10 years in animation. Director, Animator, Storyteller. Having credits in feature film to kids TV, Skylar moved to Edmonton From Vancouver to continue the journey.
Skylar is currently with NAIT's Center for Innovative Media as Lead Technologist for the MOCAP Lab.
AJ graduated from the U of A Software Engineering program in 2015. After co-op internships at Intuit and Bioware, he ended up at Beamdog, where he bridged his QA and software development experience to automate tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, and develop debugging tools to build games.
Born & raised in Edmonton, Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit came to life when he started his first business during his undergrad studies at the U of A. Tom is the ESIO’s CEO and before that worked on several technology companies in education technology and Virtual Reality. Tom has a passion for continued learning and is actively involved in several community organizations.
