Joanna Popper is an award-winning Hollywood and Silicon Valley media executive with a track record of launching cutting edge content and technology to drive revenue, audience engagement and brand love. 

She currently leads HP’s XR initiatives for Go-To-Market. Prior she was EVP of Media & Marketing at Singularity University and VP Marketing at NBCUniversal. 

Joanna is Executive Producer on “Breonna’s Garden” which premiered at the Tribeca Festival and Art Basel/ Filmgate Interactive. This augmented reality experience was created by Lady PhoEnix and Sutu with Ju’Niyah Palmer to honor the life of her sister, Breonna Taylor. The experience has been honored with the Best Social Impact Auggie Award by Augmented World Expo, Best Impact Award by Filmgate Interactive and an Aurea Award for Top 50 Immersive Experience.   

Joanna was Executive Producer on Double Eye Studios’ “Finding Pandora X,” winner of Venice Film Festival Golden Lion for Best VR Experience and the SXSW Audience Award for Virtual Cinema Spotlight. Finding Pandora X is a modern day take on Greek mythology live interactive experience in VRChat.  

Joanna was selected as “50 Women Can Change the World in Media and Entertainment,” “Top 50 Original Thinkers in VR,” “Top Women in Media: Game Changers,” “Top Women in Media: Industry Leaders,” “Digital It List,” “101 Women Leading the VR Industry” and is on the Coalition for the Women in XR Fund.

Raffaella Camera
Epic Games Unreal Engine, Head of Brands & Advertisers Solutions

Raffaella Camera is the Head of Brands & Advertisers Solutions for Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, the world’s most open and advanced 3D creation tool. In her role she directs strategic partnerships and special projects with brands, agencies and the XR tech ecosystem to deliver meaningful consumer engagement within virtual worlds and, eventually, the metaverse.

Previously, Raffaella was Managing Director for Accenture’s XR practice where she also served as Global Head of Innovation and Strategy. Prior to that she held leadership positions at prominent advertising agencies, including 72andSunny and Publicis Sapient, as well as emerging technology and eCommerce companies.

Raffaella regularly shares her insights into digital innovation’s role in shaping consumer behavior. She has spoken at conferences such as CES, Cannes Lions, SXSW, WMC, AWE, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit. Raffaella has been published in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and VentureBeat among other media outlets, and she was featured as a “market illuminator” in Robert Scoble’s The Infinite Retina.

Raffaella’s work has helped earned many accolades, including VR FEST’s Best VR Branded Entertainment; the AIS Lumiere Award for Best Use of VR; Communication Arts and Webby awards; and IDG’s DEMOgod Award for Best AR Retail Shopping. She combines her creative and analytical skills with an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business and a Masters of Piano Performance from the USC Thornton School of Music. Raffaella is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Clorama is a first gen Haitian and Eritrean, born and raised in San Jose, CA, currently based in LA. She has an untraditional career journey, starting in public sector and then transitioning into tech as freelance website developer in NYC. 

In 2014, She moved to London to study Interaction Design for her Master’s where she self-taught hot to build VR apps for her research thesis project. Since then, she worked as a UX practitioner startups in London/San Francisco/Alaska, while moonlighting as VR dev for research institutions.

In 2018, she won funding from Oculus to publish her first VR app onto the Oculus Rift store and became an entrepreneur, founding her startup Debias VR to deliver VR training solutions for enterprise. 

In 2019, she joined Meta as a Product Manager working to build tools to improve the developer and creator experience on the Oculus Platform.
