Ben Inskeep is a Principal Analyst at EQ Research, a national clean energy policy consulting firm. Ben’s focus currently includes analyzing utility resource plans and rate cases and providing regulatory and compliance services to community choice energy programs. Prior to joining EQ Research, Ben was a policy analyst at the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center, where he led The 50 States of Solar quarterly report series, provided solar research and technical assistance to local governments under a DOE SunShot grant, and contributed to the national Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency. Ben earned his Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Environmental Science at Indiana University.
