Theater Division Admitted Student Day: Becoming BoCo

Congratulations on your acceptance to Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and welcome to our Theater Division Admitted Student Day! We’re so excited for you to join us on campus to meet our incredible faculty, students, and leaders. This event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is jam-packed with informational sessions, class audits, and meet-and-greets. We hope you’ll find this day helpful as you decide if Boston Conservatory is right for you.

Boston Conservatory’s spring musical Rent is directed by Visiting Professor Rickey Tripp (Hamilton, In the Heights) and music directed by faculty member Dave Pepin (Wicked, current national tour of Rent). Boston Conservatory’s professional partner SpeakEasy Stage Company is currently presenting Once on This Island. The production is directed, music directed, and choreographed by Boston Conservatory faculty, and the cast features 11 students and alumni. As an admitted Boston Conservatory theater student, you can secure $10 tickets to the April 7 or 8 performances by using the discount code SPKBOCO when purchasing tickets online.

Our Daughters, Like Pillars

Our Tony Award-winning neighbor, the Huntington Theatre Company is presenting the play Our Daughters, Like Pillars. An epic, funny, family saga written by Boston playwright Kirsten Greenidge. How do sisters hold each other up and hold each other back? As an admitted Boston Conservatory theater student, you can have two complimentary tickets to the April 8 performances. Tickets are first-come, first-served and will be emailed to you on the day of the performance. RSVP for Friday, April 8 at 8:00 p.m.
