Barb has an extensive background including acting as managing partner of multiple funds servicing early stage firms, P&L experience running multi-billion dollar worldwide businesses, and leading operationally in the C Suite at Hewlett Packard, Sybase/SAP, Oracle, & Cisco. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Timmaron Group, Managing Partner of Sofia Fund, and a member of several prominent boards (including Traction Capital Advisory Committee).

Matt Meents
Yardstik, CEO and Founder

Matt Meents is CEO of Yardstik (yardstik.com), a SaaS background screening, verifications, and training platform company that was funded and launched in 2020. No stranger to startup and high-growth ventures, Meents entered his career as an entrepreneur, founding Magnet360 in 2001, a technology services company that grew to become a Salesforce.com global partner with more than $55M in annual revenue, and over 550 consultants.  

During his 18+ years at the helm of Magnet360, the company was a multi-year recipient of the “Best Places to Work” award, built a thriving roster of Fortune 2000 clients, and was twice funded by Salesforce Ventures. In 2016, Magnet360 was acquired by Mindtree, a transaction and subsequent integration led by Meents until his departure in 2019. Meents is a passionate visionary, innovator, leader, and builder, known by his personal mantra of “Rockin” – which he defines as the energy and harmony created at the intersection of clients, culture, and community

Tyler Olson is an award-winning serial entrepreneur in several technology fields. After selling his IT business at 23 years old, he started and managed a social media marketing company for nearly 10 years, and then started a cybersecurity e-learning venture called SHYLD (pronounced SHIELD), two years ago. Tyler has experience raising capital and extensive experience working with Entrepreneurs.
