Marguerite’s practice focuses on medical staff and licensure issues, HIPAA, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement. Her clients include hospitals, clinics, life science companies, home care providers and licensed health care professionals.
Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Marguerite developed her foundation in health law by earning a joint degree in law and public health, clerking for the legal and compliance departments of a major hospital system and serving as a research assistant for a public health law and policy nonprofit organization. Before law school, Marguerite worked in the financial services industry.
