Anisha Murphy (She/Her), a Twin Cities native, is the owner of Just Law LLC, a small business law firm providing entrepreneurs, businesses and non-profit organizations with innovative, creative, and accessible legal tools needed to support sustainable and equitable business development and growth. At Just Law LLC, our vision is to equip businesses with the legal tools and knowledge to thrive. 

Additionally, sense of duty and impact drives Murphy in her career. Her ultimate desire is to have impact and close the disparity gaps, eliminate the racial wealth divide, and ultimately disrupt systematic and institutional barriers that result in unequal access to opportunity for Black and brown communities. In her free time, Anisha enjoys hanging out with family and friends.

She is a published researcher/writer, a strategist in large-scale integrations, capital management, development and consulting.Elaine’s extensive experience in leading innovative operations strategies in diverse sectors (healthcare, publishing, education). As the CEO of Social Impact Strategies Group, Elaine leads a diverse team in strengthening communities with innovative strategies for equity and social impact. 

SISG provides social impact advising, training, convenings for individuals, organizations, investment teams, wealth advisors, etc. (philanthropy or investment portfolios). Additionally, providing advising, trainings, convenings on business planning and development for entrepreneurs, social enterprises & nonprofits with a revenue-generating model.

Attitudes towards business have changed, with many for-profit companies and startups pursuing objectives beyond just profit growth--looking to integrate their values directly into their business model. B Corps and Public Benefit Corporations are those inspiring companies raising the bar for a new standard of purpose-driven business.
