Dominic Iannazzo

Dominic is a Partner at EY and leads EY’s Strategy and Transactions Practice in Minneapolis. He has 20 years of professional service and corporate experience. Prior to his current role, Dominic was a manager of strategy and business development at 3M Company. Dominic serves as the Growth Markets Leader for the Upper Midwest and also co-directs both the Heartland Entrepreneur of the Year and Minneapolis Entrepreneurs Access Network programs. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Theatre Company.

Aaron Shilts
NetSPI, President and CEO

Aaron is a proven cyber security leader focused on creating strong teams that deliver an exceptional client experience. In his 20+ years of industry leadership, Aaron has a track record of building innovative and high-performing organizations. Before NetSPI, Aaron was EVP of Worldwide Services at Optiv where he led one of the industry’s largest mergers. He is also co-founder of “Change Starts With Me,” a Minneapolis non-profit, and advises several global firms. Aaron earned his B.S. from St. Cloud State University and proudly served in the Army National Guard.

Jamie Candee
Edmentum, CEO

Jamie leads Edmentum’s strategic vision and long-term growth as President, CEO, and Director, bringing her successful record of accomplishment as an executive with extensive experience in education technology, policy, private equity, and purpose-driven growth.  In 2020, Jamie successfully led Edmentum through a sale to The Vistria Group, an impact-focused private equity firm with deep expertise in education investing. Jamie continues to lead Edmentum, America’s first online learning company, as CEO and is proud to serve over seven million students globally. Jamie believes that education is the great equalizer and has committed her career and life to advancing and personalizing educational opportunities for all kids.

In 2021, Jamie was recognized as a Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year® 2021 Heartland award winner. Jamie has been recognized by various industry-leading organizations for her leadership including the Minnesota Business Magazine, The Software Report, The Edvocate, and EdTech Digest. Jamie is an independent board director for Learning Tree International and also serves on the board of directors for two non-profits: Project Success and America Succeeds. She is an active member of the Women’s Business Collaborative (WBC), speaking regularly on access and opportunity for women in leadership, and is the founder of the We Can Learn Foundation – an organization focused on providing global access to educational opportunities in underserved communities.  

Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Wisconsin.

Ravi Norman

Ravi brings a vast array of private sector experience, from large corporate to middle market to successful entrepreneurialism.  He combines a unique mix of quantitative and qualitative approaches to optimally synthesize strategy, structure, operations and financial outcomes.
Ravi possesses degrees in Economics, Business Management & Finance from The University of Minnesota.
Ravi balances his professional work with an abundance of volunteer and civic activity, including being the current Board Chair and/or an Executive Committee Member of The Minneapolis Regional Chamber, YMCA of The North, Summit Academy OIC and The Greater MSP.
Ravi is the proud husband of Amanda (25 years) and father of three (3) wonderful children: Sydney (23), Richard (18) and Saylah (11).  He also enjoys public speaking, music and golfing.
