Nina Gazel
Fusion Hill, VP of Business Strategy

Nina Gazel currently serves as Fusion Hill’s VP of Business Strategy. She spent her first seven years at the company as a member of the research team working with clients like Facebook and Wells Fargo to turn big, complex business challenges into streamlined, actionable insights that keep the customer at the heart of the solution. In her current role, Nina is responsible for agency advancement, business development, marketing, cultural strategy and beyond. Nina is a graduate of Carleton College, holding a degree in Political Science/International Relations. She currently lives in Detroit, Michigan but looks forward to returning to Minneapolis in the coming years.

Amy Behrens
Fusion Hill, VP of Research & Strategy

Amy Behrens currently serves as Fusion Hill’s VP of Research & Strategy. Her background is in business, with extensive experience in corporate market research and strategy. At Fusion Hill, Amy’s expertise, from moderation through strategic analysis of consumer and customer insights, has led the team to create actionable business recommendations for brands such as Citibank, Boston Scientific, Pfizer and Google. In her current role, Amy leads a team of 20+ researchers and strategists, ensuring our clients receive the highest level partnership and growth and development of the team. Amy is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, holding degrees in Marketing and International Business. Her passion is travel and she loves to learn more about people and culture wherever she goes.
