Tim Bornholdt is an entrepreneur, software developer, and podcaster.

As co-founder and partner at The Jed Mahonis Group, he works with businesses who need technical expertise in improving their business processes and increasing their bottom line through automation and custom mobile software.

As a software developer, he specializes in delivering custom mobile software with an emphasis on the back end. He still dabbles in Ruby on Rails and SwiftUI, but mostly focuses on strategy, architecture, and user experience design these days.

As a podcaster, he hosts a show called Constant Variables that explains how mobile app development works to people who don't like technical jargon.

He lives at the intersection of emerging technology and leading communities on the Internet of Things and has been building mobile applications and cloud-based software solutions for more than 20 years with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Justin is also both the creator and host of the AppliedAI Podcast and an adjunct professor teaching a graduate-level course on the Internet of Things at the University of Saint Thomas.

Kristi Piehl is the Founder and CEO of Media Minefield. She started the company in 2010 following a 12-year career as an Emmy Award-winning television news reporter. Media Minefield is a one-of-a-kind full-service PR agency specializing in earned media, crisis communication and social media. As a messaging expert and storyteller, she has a unique perspective and is on a mission to innovate the public relations industry.

Media Minefield has won numerous Twin Cities awards including Best Places to Work and Best Companies to Work For. The company has also appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America three times.

Kristi launched the Flip Your Script podcast in 2020. She is honored to host the show and interview people who faced a critical turning point in their life and explore how they found the inspiration to move forward and rewrite their own unique story.

Ali is vice president of content for MSP Communications’ Owned Media division, which includes Twin Cities Business magazine, where she also serves as editor in chief. In this dual role, Ali oversees digital content for both TCB and sister publication MplsSt.Paul Magazine, contributes to overall strategy and new initiatives for the magazines, leads the Twin Cities Business editorial team, including print and events, and hosts the By All Means Podcast.
