Dane Stimart
Respiratory Sciences Inc, Director Diagnostic Devices and Services

I have nearly 15 years working in the medical device space across medtronic, startups, boards and as an adjunct faculty.

My motivation is to solve meaningful problems for people in need through data analysis, technology development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Experiences include defining and leading businesses and teams, creating and launching new global product portfolios, market development, customer relations, engineering, operations managment, mentoring and teaching.

My current role at Respiratory Sciences Inc is to provide and coordinate upstream marketing, engineering, program management, regulatory and quality of novel respiratory medical devices entering the global market space.  Over the summer of 2022 we were fortunate enough to have four STEM interns through the SciTech program.

Are you looking to build your team with rising talent but having trouble connecting to candidates?

Hire an intern! SciTech is a state-funded internship program that connects college STEM majors to paid internships in small Minnesota companies. Employers receive a 50% wage reimbursement up to $2,500 per intern.
