Matthew is Vice President of Service and Experience Design at Worrell with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare, finance, energy, and transportation industries. After working with companies such as GE, Becton Dickinson, Boart Longyear, and Matson, Matt recognized a need to help healthcare organizations develop and execute growth strategies with a human-centered design approach. He has proven experience in experience design, strategic marketing, product and brand management, business planning, and P&L leadership. A highly creative yet strategic business professional, Matt graduated from both the School of Law and Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with joint JD/MBA degrees. He is a former U.S. naval officer and a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY.
