Where are tickets?

The tickets are available through the United South Bend Website.

Once you open the Homepage click the “Get Tickets”: button: located in the top right corner. 


How do I register?  

Four - Clicks and you are there!!

  1. Visit the Summit’s Homepage at the following link:  http://unitedsouthbend.com/,

  2. From the Homepage, click “Get Tickets” (located in the top right corner), 

  3. New page pops up - click the word “Eventbrite” to proceed to the Registration Form, 

  4. Click the green Registration button to open the Form.


Do I have to register in advance, or can I register the day of?
We encourage you to register in advance so that we can be sure to have plenty of bandwidth available. However, you can register the day of the event. 


What days can I register for?

The Summit certainly is worth the time. Each day can serve as a powerful catalyst to develop solutions to problems, introduce new strategies, and fuel neighborly collaborations across the city of SB. The Summit will take place via Zoom sessions spread over five days starting Monday, October 19, 2020, through Saturday, October 24, 2020

You can register for all five days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday), or select the day(s) you are available to attend based on your personal schedule. Although we encourage it, you do not have to register for every day.


Will I be able to interact with attendees and panelists who are participating in the Virtual Summit?  
Yes, you will be able to chat with attendees and panelists during the daily Breakout Sessions.


How will the sessions be presented?
Sessions are presented in short, engaging segments.


Will sessions be available after the event? For how long?
Sessions will be available to registered attendees for 30-days after the event. But you MUST be registered to view this content on-demand. Attendees will also be able to explore and interact with panelists’ profiles for 30-days.


Which internet browser will provide me with the best experience?
Listed in order of preference: Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari.


Can I view the Virtual Summit on a mobile device?
Yes, all mobile devices are supported within the platform. We recommend that you log in with a laptop or desktop computer as the Zoom video meeting and the Miro shared whiteboard are simultaneously being used to optimize the experience at the United South Bend Summit.

How much does it cost?

The United South Bend Summit is “free” and open to the public.


Is this in person or online?

The Summit is a virtual conference that will take place online via Zoom and Miro. When you register for the Summit, please be sure to include your email address so that we can provide you with the Summit’s access information


Am I required to talk?

No.


Am I required to show my video?

No. You are not required to show your video. We encourage you to show your video so that together we can help create community around topics we care about.


Can I turn on my webcam during the event?
Yes - No, attendees will not be able to use webcams.
