Yoga for Zoomers

Ease your neck, shoulders, and lower back with gentle postures that help release the tension, strain, and tightness of computer workstation fatigue. 

Materials needed: Chair, Blocks (or Books), Yoga Yune Up Ball (or Tennis Ball)

Connect heart to voice through love notes, spoken word, and heart songs. We will settle into a soulful practice beginning with our breath flowing into the written word, intrinsic movements, and then blossoming into an embodied vocal performance. 

*This session is a healing space for Black students, faculty, and staff, and is capped at 12 participants. The first 12 registrants will receive the Zoom link to join. All additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.

Materials needed: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Journal, Pen
